Situation

Quark’s current business model has primarily relied on referral or inbound business enquires. With ambitions to scale and grow, Quark needed to transition to outbound sales, and alter its strategy to meet and acquire customers directly.

Their initial objectives were to expand their business into the US and EMEA regions and share their new automation and intelligence system in the enterprise space. With limited outbound sales experience, Quark looked for a partner that could support their expansion into their new target addressable market.
