Business Development Representative

Work for an international leader in the enterprise SaaS sales industry. If you have a background in enterprise software sales and are looking at your next career move this is a great position for you. This is not your typical inside sales rep role. You will be a part of the complete sales funnel process. Yes, there will be times when cold calling is mandatory, but that is only a small part of the role. Work with clients, vendors, account managers and account executives to generate and follow up on leads in order to complete the sale process.

Position includes base pa­y + commission structure, based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire

What You Will Be Doing

Facilitating the sales process through business development and qualifying new customers

Foster and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and inside sales team

Supporting the sales team with through a complete sales cycle

Enterprise Sales Executive

Do you have a background in SaaS and Enterprise sales?  E360 is in search of senior professionals, looking for a change and wanting to make a big impact with a dynamic team. The Enterprise Sales Executives would work from home or regional offices and sell E360’s client products and services in the growing European market.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working with top enterprise customers to generate and pursue sales leads. You will engage with a set of large accounts with existing business and work with technical audiences to pursue new enterprise sales opportunities. You will work closely with the partner sales team and your commitments will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in European enterprise accounts.
The ideal candidate has both a SaaS and Enterprise Sales background that enables you to drive an engagement at the CxO level, with annual sales volumes in excess of 1M Euros. You should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop, execute and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined European territory
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around expanding into European markets
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by working with partners and account teams in both the US and Europe
  • Build, manage and foster client relationships through value, solution and consultation-based selling.
  • Create and execute Field Sales Campaigns to create demand
  • Implement E360's Best Practices
  • Develop and deliver world-class Executive Sales proposals to C-level prospects
Compensation Includes:
  • Competitive monthly fixed fees
  • Very compelling incentive plan with no cap on sales commissions
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Formal sales training (SPIN, TAS, Miller Heiman etc) a must
  • Past experience working with SaaS and Enterprise companies.
  • Past startup experience where you have successfully developed a new brand in a new market
  • 5 – 10 years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Direct field experience working with enterprise SaaS accounts.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • High energy, passionate and self-motivated with strong work ethic.
  • Proven self-starter; possess superior prospecting and closing abilities.
