Using our best practice recruitment, sales training and mentoring, the E360 Sales Academy 360talentcreate is your low risk solution to hiring and creating a high performing sales team.
Leveraging decades of B2B sales expertise, we identify the very best graduates and potential sales winners, onboard them for you the client, and then support them through an immersive 4 month programme within our sales regime.
These candidates then undergo evaluation processes to ensure that only the very best enter our 360talentcreate programme.
Upon joining the Sales Academy, candidates will immerse themselves in your brand, products and services and will be working towards your live sales goals whilst undertaking our best practise training.
They will work on outreach for your company, with constant training and guidance from our sales leaders and mentors. Weekly/monthly targets and goals will be set inline with your company objectives.
The candidates have the opportunity to see what success looks like and learn how to create winning processes and daily routines to achieve their targets. Embedded into our teams, they take part in team calls, training and incentives learning from real client situations in our high performance sales environment.
At the end of the four-month programme, the candidates will leave the Excelerate360 office, and work directly under your control.
To ensure that the winning behaviour doesn’t get quickly forgotten or abandoned, we also provide ongoing 1-2-1 mentoring and support for Academy participants when they finish the initial programme. The monthly ‘Talent Check-ups’ enable participants and coaches to come together to review sales performance, progress towards goals, and provide additional support where necessary.
Live B2B Environment
At Excelerate360 we have successfully created a live B2B training environment.
For four months they will work with Excelerate360 at our office in Hitchin, putting all they have learnt from our two day intensive sales course, into practice. They will be managed and mentored daily on the qualities they require to be a successful salesperson within your organisation, whilst accumulating 560 hours of practice, metrics and physical evidence of their abilities.

At Excelerate360 we advertise the role, pre-screening potential candidates through interviews with our HR manager and your training representative. All before being passed to you for a final interview and decision.
