The E360 Sales Academy 360talentboost makes our best practice sales training and mentoring available to our clients by bringing their existing Business Development and Sales resources physically into the Excelerate360 environment for a six-week period - a unique, immersive sales training experience
During the 360talentboost programme, your staff will take part in formal group and individual sessions whilst they continue with sales outreach activity for your company. They join our teams, taking part in team calls and incentives. This could not be further from typical ‘sit in a classroom and listen’ programmes.
Our sessions are built around your value proposition, ideal customer profile, addressable market and Sales Academy created personalised playbook. To ensure that you don’t lose sales productivity whilst training is carried out, your resources maintain sales activity levels.
Once we have completed our initial sessions with your staff, they’re started on a custom training programme covering your main products and services. We also cover topics that have enabled us to be extremely successful within an outsourced sales environment including:

Management & on-going Support
We offer ongoing 1-2-1 remote mentoring and support for Academy participants when they finish the 360talentboost programme. Support is delivered via monthly ‘Talent Check-ups’ where participants and coaches come together to review sales performance, progress towards goals, and provide additional support where necessary.
This ensures learning is deeply embedded and participants attain and maintain the very highest levels of B2B sales performance.
Metrics & Results
Our success in this environment is the ability to show you and the salesperson a scalable formula, from initial outreach to revenue.
We provide weekly reports to show how the salesperson is working through this, giving you both physical evidence of performance at the end of the six week period.
